Job Description:

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be handling inbound calls from clients, resolving their issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You will also be working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and resolve client issues in a timely manner

  • Meet performance metrics and standards set by the company

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
