Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining global sourcing strategies, projects, contracting, and content management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in category management/sourcing, spend analysis, and commercial negotiations. They should also possess excellent relationship management, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility between in-office and remote work. The successful candidate will have access to comprehensive leave policies, personal days, and volunteer opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain global sourcing strategies, projects, contracting, and content management.
  • Conduct analysis of category spend and market data to drive decision making.
  • Support the implementation of sourcing projects, including planning, RfP, evaluation, and contracting.
  • Define and produce sourcing reports to provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A solid background in Procurement with recent Category Management/Sourcing experience in a relevant category.
  • Experience working with SAP Ariba or other Cloud-based platforms for procurement.
  • Experience in spend analysis and category management/sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent relationship management, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in virtual, global teams.
  • An ambitious and highly driven professional who can set priorities and work under pressure.
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience.
