Job Description

As a Senior Procurement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring goods and services for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop sources of supply, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with business objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure goods and services in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal customers
  • Manage and resolve procurement-related issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 3+ years experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications
