Job Overview

Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to locate vendors to complete work orders. The employee will be responsible for identifying talent for various clients with diverse needs. To source the correct affiliate, they must locate the address and service type.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for outsourced affiliates using Google, Yelp, Yellow Pages, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace to fulfill customer requests.
  • Contact affiliates to verify they are licensed, insured, and capable of accepting credit card payments.
  • Gather relevant information from the affiliate.
  • Review accuracy prior to submission.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as requested by management in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization and ability to multitask.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience – typically 1-3 years of related work required for those who do not possess a degree).
