Job Title: Technical Support Specialist for Restaurant Operations
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to restaurant operations.
This is a remote position that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to POS systems, online platforms, and other hospitality technology.
You will also be required to communicate effectively with external vendors and platform support teams, as well as document support cases and maintain an internal knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Technical Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge (router/modem setup, IP configuration, DHCP/static IPs)
- Experience: Experience with hospitality technology platforms, including POS and online booking systems
- Remote Support Tools: Proficiency with remote support tools such as TeamViewer
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users patiently and clearly
- HMO Coverage: HMO coverage available for eligible locations
