
Store Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a Store Operations Team Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading and mentoring store operations personnel in building strong relationships with key store staff, training, and development.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and mentoring, as well as evaluating training and development programs. They will also be responsible for strengthening relationships with key store staff through regular store visits, attending monthly customized tabletop reviews, and implementing national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will manage regular and special POPs, handle Out-of-Home (OOH) Merchandising, and suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and Bad Order management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor store operations personnel in building strong relationships with key store staff, determining and providing personal training and development programs via field coaching and one-on-one meetings.
- Building Strong Store Relationships: Strengthen relationships with key store staff through regular store visits.
- Promotions and Sales Program Execution: Ensure systems like Kamustahan and KRA Checking and Evaluation are followed and maximized to resolve in-store merchandising concerns promptly, create and update the Store Info Manual quarterly, recruit manpower and materials needed for projects/promotions, conduct regular audits and performance checks of scheduled activities.
- MERchandising: Implement national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows, manage regular and special POPs, including shelf talkers, headers, wobblers, mass displays, product highlights, special displays, decals, MS Displayer, and special containers, handle Out-of-Home (OOH) Merchandising.
- Systems and Process Improvements: Suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and Bad Order management, create standard BCPs for ACs at the store level to ensure productivity during store visits, develop pilot and stretch programs to test new processes improving availability, visibility, merchandising, and promo execution.
