We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth.

  • This is a senior leadership role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing inventory, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role

  1. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and increasing profitability.
  2. You will lead a team of retail associates, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  3. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability, including merchandising, promotions, and upselling techniques.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand image.
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures to enhance performance and promote career growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement corporate initiatives, communicate store performance, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, budget forecasts, and other operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
