Vice President, Store Operations

We are seeking a dynamic VP of Store Operations to lead and optimize our store network. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while fostering a strong culture of growth and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy execution and ensure scalable, profitable growth.
  • Oversee store operations, systems, compliance, and expansion readiness.
  • Champion customer-first culture and continuous service improvement.
  • Drive financial performance, budgeting, and KPI achievement.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other executives.
  • Implement scalable systems, policies, and reporting frameworks.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop leaders; build a strong service culture.
Qualifications
  • Proven senior leadership in multi-store operations.
  • Strong financial and strategic management experience.
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and customer-focused cultures.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • With 10-yr experience in the same industry.
  • Graduate of Business/Management course, Masteral degree an advantage.
