Leadership Role

As a Store Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a retail store. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless and efficient store management.

This entails managing sales, customer service, inventory, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for implementing effective staff scheduling, merchandising, and customer engagement strategies to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all store operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Implement effective staff scheduling, merchandising, and customer engagement to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual presentation for an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales associates by providing coaching and training to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to store efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail store supervisor or management experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Adaptable to changes in the retail environment and able to implement new strategies and technologies.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and multitasking skills.
