Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  2. Plan and implement effective visual merchandising strategies
  3. Ensure daily store operations are smooth and efficient
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  5. Greet and serve customers with a smile
  6. Maintain store stability and reputation by adhering to legal requirements
  7. Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees as needed
  8. Monitor and appraise employee performance
  9. Provide guidance to team members on effective operations
  10. Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment
  11. Process daily bank deposits
  12. Stock and order merchandise as needed
  13. Complete and submit reports to HQ and superiors
  14. Send documents to HQ and superiors as required
  15. Work within established guidelines and SOPs
  16. Perform other duties assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/Branch Manager
