Job Description

Dynamic E-commerce Operations and Strategy Virtual Assistant

This role involves providing high-level support to our e-commerce operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic operations initiatives, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in operations or e-commerce management, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Quick learner with a strong ability to adapt to new platforms and self-starting skills.
  • Experience in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Operations Management: Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
  2. E-commerce Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software, troubleshoot technical and strategic issues within e-commerce software.
  3. Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data, generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
  4. Customer Experience: Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service, analyze customer feedback.
  5. Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, optimize email flows.
  6. Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Team Development & Collaboration: Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and cheerfulness within the team.
