Comprehensive E-commerce Manager Position\

We are seeking an exceptional, experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance optimization of our Shopify website. This is a part-time role, with 22 hours per week, allowing for remote work.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all Product Display Pages (PDPs) to ensure accurate content, robust SEO, and conversion-driven design.
  • Oversee homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates to enhance user experience.
  • Plan and execute product launches and sales promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor site daily to ensure uptime, product availability, and bug-free performance.

Content Development:

  • Update and publish blog content regularly, collaborating on ideas to align site content with brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling.

Analytics & Optimization:

\
  • Monitor Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Track and report on site health, Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, and bounce rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Makes actionable recommendations to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo):

  • Manage and grow revenue through email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Build, optimize, and test flows for welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, and win back campaigns.
  • Owning the calendar for regular campaign sends, working with the creative team to execute beautifully branded, high-performing emails.

Team Liaison:

  • Communicate effectively with the offshore dev team to troubleshoot bugs and implement technical updates.
  • Act as point person for all e-commerce operations questions within the broader team.

Requirements:

\
  • 3+ years managing DTC e-commerce, preferably in beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands.
  • Deep experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (email and SMS).
  • Confident with GA, analytics tools, heatmaps, and data interpretation.
  • Strong eye for detail and UX.
  • Excellent copy, communication, and project management skills.
