E-Commerce Operations Specialist


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations across multiple platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. You will also be required to implement and refine SEO strategies using traditional and AI-powered methods.


Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms using AI tools where applicable
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using AI-based SEO tools
  • Analyze website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance
  • Perform ongoing SEO audits of our website, including meta content updates using AI
  • Maintain and grow marketplace operations, including inventory updates, shipping compliance, and promotional planning
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, keyword performance, and customer feedback
  • Develop and track marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio
  • Manage digital assets, including visuals and SEO-compliant descriptions
  • Ensure platform listings are visually appealing and aligned with the latest algorithmic requirements

Requirements and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations across multiple platforms
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to generate AI-powered product copy
  • Strong understanding of Google's SEO content policies and AI compliance best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace tools
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
