We're seeking a seasoned e-commerce expert to spearhead growth initiatives across early-stage and scaling businesses. This role demands in-depth knowledge of Shopify ecosystems, advanced tracking tools, and a proven track record of launching high-impact strategies that drive measurable results.


Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of client performance to identify opportunities for growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Design strategic roadmaps that integrate SEO, CRO, paid media, email, social media, and emerging channels, tailored to each brand's stage and goals.
  • Lead the execution of initiatives, collaborating with internal specialists, external agencies, and client stakeholders.
  • Leverage expertise to optimize site performance, conversion flows, and customer experiences.
  • Implement data tracking frameworks to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights.
  • Monitor KPIs, diagnose areas for optimization, and recommend data-driven pivots.
  • Translate findings into clear, executive-level recommendations, balancing tactical wins with long-term strategic vision.
  • Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of platform changes, market trends, and innovative tools.

Required Expertise
  • 7+ years in senior-level e-commerce strategy and execution, ideally supporting early-stage or growth-stage businesses.
  • Strong Shopify expertise, with proven success optimizing storefronts, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and scale performance-driven initiatives that delivered measurable ROI.
  • Well-rounded expertise across multiple growth channels (SEO, CRO, paid media, social, email, SMS, affiliate).
  • Advanced proficiency with data tracking tools.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on agility—comfortable moving from high-level planning to tactical execution.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
