Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
    • Process orders accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain up-to-date inventory levels and synchronize data across multiple platforms
    • Handle returns and refunds while ensuring seamless operations
    • Enter order details, customer information, and financial transactions into the e-commerce account
    • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
    • Monitor account performance and report discrepancies to optimize workflows
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce order processing or a related field
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
    • Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support
    • Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies
