Role Overview

The Financial Analyst, FP&A position is responsible for collaborating with business leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investments, and initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, including financial performance summaries, KPIs, and variance analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to ensure accuracy in reporting and reconciliations.
  • Support executive presentations with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present to senior leaders.
