Please note that we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Financial Operations Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight.

They will reconcile high-value financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance, oversee collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes.

Cash flow projections and optimized financial reporting will also be key responsibilities.

A leader in automation and efficiency improvements for the financial team is required.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine financial policies and conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations.

Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance is necessary.

A proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP) is essential.

Excellent English communication skills are required, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience handling high-volume transactions are necessary.

The role requires a strong ability to optimize workflows and enhance financial team efficiency.

Duties:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to optimize workflows and enhance financial team efficiency
