Experienced Google Tag and Analytics Professional

We are seeking an accomplished individual to lead our analytics team in implementing conversion tracking, verifying implementation details, debugging tracking issues, creating customized reports, and facilitating communication among internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement conversion tracking for various web properties
  • Verify and validate the accuracy of conversion tracking implementation
  • Identify and resolve tracking issues promptly
  • Conduct thorough testing of measurement on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar
  • Create tailored reports from Analytics and other relevant sources
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, encompassing implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance
  • At least 3-4 years of experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA3/GA4)
  • Foundational knowledge of JavaScript programming language
  • Proven expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, with a deep understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics, including strategy development, requirement gathering, implementation, validation, and reporting, specifically with Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with third-party tagging, pixel creation, and data integration
  • Experience in migrating GA accounts from Universal Analytics (UA) to Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Native-level spoken and written English communication skills

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, requiring a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with EST (usually 8 AM to 12 NN ET).
