Job Title

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Product Analytics Specialist, focusing on analyzing digital product usage, defining key metrics, and supporting A/B testing. You will be working with tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Segment, directly influencing roadmap prioritization, feature adoption, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uncover patterns, friction points, and opportunities in user behavior across the product.
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics (e.g., activation, retention, engagement).
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on new feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments.
Skills and QualificationsRequired:
  • 2+ years in a product analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Javascript, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Pendo, Amplitude).
  • Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
  • Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment is strongly preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B product environments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
  • Exposure to event-based tracking tools (e.g., Segment, Snowplow, RudderStack).
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and partnering with cross-functional teams.
