We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the efficient management of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing, managing supplier relationships, and performing daily reconciliations between platform orders and supplier deliveries.

Additional tasks may include manual testing of new features, data entry, and providing excellent customer service via email.

Candidates should possess experience working with US customers in e-commerce settings, as well as proficiency in basic data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.

  • Registered new accounts on our supplies platform.
  • Monitored our platform for incoming orders and payments.
  • Placed orders with suppliers upon receipt.
  • Completed daily reconciliations.
  • Provided occasional customer support via email.
  • Escalated serious issues to managers.
Requirements:

Applicants should have:

  • Experience with Shopify and similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • High attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:

A background in healthcare or wellness is a bonus. Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Trello would also be advantageous.

Manual testing and QA experience would be an added asset.

Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection required.
