Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth movement of shipments from origin to destination.

You will be responsible for managing customer shipments, working collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Pricing, and Procurement teams. Your key mission will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of shipments.

This is a remote operations specialist role that requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
