This role requires a highly analytical and strategic thinker with expertise in supply chain analysis, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume product environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing comprehensive reports across planning activities, inventory levels, and key supply chain metrics to support informed decision-making. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and improve process efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and configuring master data in COGNOS and AX (MRP) to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment.
  • Overseeing Coles-specific order and distribution settings.
  • Creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Coles VRP function with actionable insights.
  • Analysing operational data to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and recommend cost-saving measures that enhance overall supply chain performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across departments.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
