The Inventory Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic planning, monitoring, and optimization of inventory across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead demand forecasting and replenishment planning using sales trends and historical data
- Assess inventory health (e.g., critical levels, overstock, out-of-stock risks) across SKUs
- Align inventory planning with marketing campaigns, promotions, and client seasonality
- Recommend inventory actions such as reorders, markdowns, or marketing push for slow-moving items
- Oversee inbound PO calendar and supply planning accuracy
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for inventory KPIs
- Collaborate with clients, sales, and logistics to align inventory plans with operational targets
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in inventory planning or demand forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with e-commerce and/or 3PL operations is beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
