Technical Support Representative Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading software and service provider in the home health, hospice, and outpatient therapy industries.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. You will work closely with our Support, Marketing/Sales, and Customer Success Teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  2. Utilize available tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  3. Document all customer interactions and outcomes for future reference
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and product knowledge
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
