Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all incoming Stock Transfer Requests (STR) for picking and ensure timely delivery or transfer.

  • Pick products from issued Stock Transfer Request (STR) by the Inventory Management Team (IMT).

  • Scan items in the Goods Issued (GI) for delivery or transfer using TRANS-OUT or barcode scanning methods.

  • Verify items before signing the Goods Issued (GI) document.

  • Inform Warehouse Officer of any issues with the Stock Transfer Request (STR), which may cause delay or problem with the issuance of Goods Issued (GI).

  • Responsible for putting away all incoming supplier deliveries, RMA, and RMS in the correct designated area.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.

  • Be liable for any losses inside the warehouse.

  • Assist in warehouse operations when needed.

  • Execute specialized projects related to Warehouse Inbound and Outbound Operations.

  • May be required to work flexible hours to support various business areas.

  • Follow company policies and procedures.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate knowledge in end-to-end Inbound and Outbound Operations.

  • Have good oral and written communication skills.

  • Be computer literate.

  • Demonstrate ability to lift heavy and fragile items.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

  • Ability to work effectively with other people and in time-bound activities.

Work Experience:

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in Warehouse Operations.

  • Knowledge in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an advantage.

Education:

  • Must have a Senior High School diploma or higher.
