  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the logistics hub, including parcel inbounding, sorting, and rider dispatch.">
  • Monitor and maintain high productivity levels to achieve efficient achievement of Hub Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).">
  • Develop, review, and validate reports related to hub performance.">
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve customer escalations.">
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub efficiency.">
  • Handle payment transactions and associated processes.">
  • Oversee agency teams and coordinate with agency coordinators.">
  • Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree holder in a relevant field.">
  • At least three years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and distribution.">
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.">
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, and be assigned to various locations within the designated cluster.">
  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to perform administrative tasks and other duties as required.">
