Home-Based Technical Support Specialist

This is a home-based position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be the primary point of contact for customers with technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role involves working independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. You must have a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, and prior call center experience.

- Strong command of the English language">
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM">
- High speed internet connection">

- Familiarity with Windows operating systems">
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up">
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively">
- Excellent interpersonal skills">
- Authorized to work in the country where the job is based">
