Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to drive sales growth and team success in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, leadership, and fintech, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with premium merchants, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely resolution of grievances.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for multiple payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, promote the brand in the marketplace, and gather feedback from the market to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute day-to-day activities, review team deliverables, and ensure customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with an ownership mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and passionate about working in a fast-growing firm.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions to novice customers, with good sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in fintech or relevant field experience is preferred.
  • Honesty and trustworthiness are essential virtues.

Education: A degree in a related field is preferred.
