Job Description

What You'll Do

As aSales Coach Manager, you will play akey leadership rolein driving sales performance by:

  • Developing & mentoring Team Managersto sharpen their coaching and sales leadership skills
  • Designing and executing high-impact training programsto boost sales reps' performance.
  • Analyzing sales trends & campaign datato recommend winning strategies.
  • Optimizing lead targeting and conversion techniquesto hit aggressive sales goals.
  • Driving a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Providing leadership teams with actionable insights & growth recommendations.
