We're seeking a senior product leader to drive product development and growth.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products, as well as experience working with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

You will be responsible for developing and articulating a clear product execution strategy and roadmap, staying ahead of market trends and customer needs, and conducting market research and competitive analysis.

The role involves influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and compelling narratives, as well as overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space, with highly desirable prior experience in the Testing and Quality Engineering industry
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
