Job Overview 

This leadership position will lead sales strategy and oversee the sales process for a digital bank with embedded finance solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development, and senior leadership roles within financial services. They must be able to drive sales growth, manage high-performing teams, and onboard major clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Drive overall sales strategy aligned with company growth goals in embedded finance.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to boost efficiency and client experience.
  • Client Onboarding & Success: Oversee onboarding for key clients and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Product Alignment: Identify market trends and collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs and segment opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to deliver cohesive solutions and expand market reach.
  • Reporting & Governance: Provide performance insights and strategic updates to the executive team. Ensure all commercial activities meet regulatory standards and manage sales-related risks proactively.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and forecasting skills.
  • Skilled in sales process optimization, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
  • Adept at managing risk, ensuring compliance, and adapting to fast-changing environments.
