Job Title: Enterprise Lead Acquisition Professional

Purpose:

The role of the Enterprise Lead Acquisition Professional is to identify, engage, and convert key decision-makers across various industries into profitable business relationships.

This position plays a crucial part in expanding our outreach efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to pinpoint high-potential prospects and craft personalized outreach campaigns that resonate with their needs and pain points.
  • Nurturing relationships with senior-level executives through professional communication channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Collaborating with Business Development and Estimating teams to qualify leads, gather project scope details, and facilitate accurate handoffs for proposal development.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized CRM system, logging communications, updating lead statuses, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Developing and delivering data-driven insights on industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach, preferably within the construction, project management, or real estate industries.
  • Strong background in conducting targeted research, data mining, and building prospect pipelines across various sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives through professional communication channels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting personalized outreach campaigns and nurturing relationships through the sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for data entry, tracking communications, updating lead statuses, and generating performance reports.
