Job Overview

The Workforce Optimization Lead plays a critical role in ensuring optimal staffing levels for clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in workforce tools, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workforce planning using forecast models to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.
  • Utilize Lever, MySQL, and other tools to match idle talent with active opportunities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Manage offboarding processes to ensure timely removal of tools and system access for employees exiting the company.
  • Track account churn and work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date database of all active employees, including accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.
  • Provide daily workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
