Job Title: Operations Coordinator/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing operational processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Standardize performance management, onboarding, and support for team managers, including timely performance feedback and coaching systems.
  2. Manage internal and external knowledge bases, collaborating with frontline teams.
  3. Track bugs, SEVs, and issues across Aven projects within Asana, ensuring documentation and remediation.
  4. Monitor task management best practices, coach teams on new initiatives, and review metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Data analysis proficiency in Excel and basic SQL.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in financial services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and remediation processes.
  • Proficiency in using Asana or similar project management tools.
