Finance and Operations Associate

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Finance and Operations Associate to manage the financial and operational backbone of our business. The successful candidate will have a solid finance or accounting background, strong knowledge of digital assets, and the ability to work seamlessly across multiple entities.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and documentation skills. The associate will be responsible for recording and reconciling crypto and fiat transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity, as well as coordinating with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations, with exposure to the crypto/Web3 space. They should also possess strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations, as well as familiarity with Fireblocks, Integral, CoinTracking, or similar tools.

Achieving success in this role will require a team player who is fluent or conversational in English, comfortable working in an international, remote environment, and passionate about finance in the crypto/Web3 space.
