This is an opportunity to lead and manage our Network Planning Team.

Job Function 1: Leadership & Management
  • Manage a team of Design Team Leads with varying seniority levels.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide regular feedback.
  • Manage workload distribution and ensure quality outputs for all stakeholder projects.
Job Function 2: Workforce Management & Resourcing
  • Establish project resourcing processes to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Assign tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise.
  • Build business cases for team growth and oversee effective onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality control measures.
Job Function 3: Operations, Strategy & Process Improvement
  • Develop operational strategies that align with short- and long-term organizational goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics using data-driven insights to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

What We're Looking For
