Product Manager Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee our product catalog from end-to-end, including product strategy, supplier management, technical support, and purchasing. This role requires a strong understanding of flow control, automation, and mechanical components, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the Product Expert: Act as the internal go-to for all product-related questions, provide technical scoping support, and assist on large or complex RFQs.
  • Manage and Grow the Catalog: Own accuracy and documentation across our product listings, monitor performance, returns, and customer feedback, and lead the addition of new products.
  • Maintain Documentation & Compliance: Review and manage CAD files, certifications, and compliance documentation, and ensure product specs, listings, and supporting documents are up to date and easy to understand.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations.
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and spec sheets.
  • Comfortable speaking with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and like owning your outcomes.
