Product Development Lead

At the heart of our product development team lies a dynamic role that necessitates strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products. As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration to develop actionable product plans, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution across various teams.
  • Manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive business growth and user satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks, conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
  • Set and track key product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform strategic planning.
  • Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams with compelling narratives and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to ensure effective execution and alignment.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, technical, and design teams, fostering open communication and clear direction.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-release optimization, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement.
  • Lead by example in decision-making, prioritization, and strategic thinking, serving as a mentor and role model for junior product managers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space, with prior experience in testing and quality engineering highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and key decisions, with a deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering intuitive, delightful, and high-impact experiences.
