
Senior Client Advocate

The role involves overseeing a portfolio of small to mid-market accounts, driving product adoption, renewals, and revenue growth through strategic guidance and strong customer relationships.
This position requires managing a portfolio of 30–100 customers to drive adoption, lead renewal negotiations, and meet growth goals. Additionally, building and maintaining executive relationships with customer accounts is crucial in providing a high-caliber experience and creating promoters.
To ensure adoption goals are met and maintained, implementing, training, and coaching customers on best practices is essential. Analyzing user engagement data, identifying actionable insights, and reporting regularly on KPIs also play a vital role in this position.
Leading annual or semi-annual business reviews with key stakeholders, positioning oneself as a strategic advisor to drive continued value of our products is also an integral part of the job.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree relevant to the position.
- Two or more years of professional experience in a sales or account management style position.
- Proven history managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients.
- Technical proficiency on SaaS products.
