HR Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building positive work cultures and guiding key HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance management, onboarding, and offboarding. You will lead key programs and shape each team member's experience, ensuring compliance with labor policies and regulations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to uphold the company's Code of Conduct and labor policies.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and lead evidence-gathering for labor cases.
  • Assist in drafting policies and manage grievance processes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees addressing concerns related to office operations, policies, or resources.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Knowledge & Experience: Well-versed in labor laws with experience handling comprehensive HR functions in a fast-growing company.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a high-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field (Bachelor of Laws is a plus).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with a high emotional quotient for empathetic engagement.
  • Location Flexibility: This role is in a work-from-home setting.
