Job Overview

A senior associate is responsible for acquiring and onboarding hotels of various tiers, ensuring alignment with market demand and seamless integration of hotel offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquisition: Identify and onboard a diverse range of hotels, from budget accommodations to high-tier properties.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, develop long-term strategic plans, and provide training and support to maximize their sales performance.
  • Optimization: Ensure competitive pricing, optimized inventory, and exclusive offers to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize hotel performance and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Hotel Experience: Preferred experience in Business Development, Account Management support, or OTA supply experience.
  • Commercial Sense: Strong commercial sense, operational excellence mindset, and data-driven approach.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
