Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

">About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure seamless communication and timely progress through the interview process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring managers
  • Track recruiting activities and provide consistent feedback to candidates and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidate skills
  • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  • Strong internet connection for video and audio calls
  • Quiet environment with a professional background
