Customer Acquisition Specialist

We're on a mission to scale fast-growth brands across various industries and we're looking for a skilled Customer Acquisition Specialist who can craft, test and scale full-funnel systems that convert cold traffic into customers.

This is not just a media buying role. You'll be responsible for planning, launching and scaling campaigns on paid social and search platforms, analyzing campaign performance to optimize creative, audiences, bidding and spend. Your focus will be on return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).

You will own and optimize full funnel architecture, including landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows and upsells. This involves A/B testing across pages, hooks, CTAs and offers, turning performance data into actionable testing roadmaps.

You will also write ads, headlines, lead-ins, advertorials and video sales letter (VSL) scripts that drive conversions. To achieve this, you'll match copy angles to customer psychology and platform behavior.

Additionally, you will architect new funnels from scratch to launch new products or verticals and coordinate with internal or external designers to create landing page design, copy and structure.

Requirements
  • Expert in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads
  • 2–5+ years of hands-on media buying with proven results
  • Deep experience running A/B tests and optimizing every stage of the funnel

You should have direct response copywriting and CRO mastery, including writing, testing and optimizing ads, landing pages and funnel copy that converts. You must think like a CMO but execute like a performance operator, thrive in fast-paced environments and own your outcomes.
