Hotel Asset Manager

The role of the Hotel Asset Manager is to act as a liaison between the hotel owner and various stakeholders, ensuring that the owner's vision and financial interests are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, development, and operations of hotels and leased properties from concept to completion.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and brand representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Review and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure transparency and accuracy.
    • Track and approve expenditures and change orders to maintain control over project costs.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensure that the final product meets the owner's vision and brand requirements by conducting regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews.
    • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the liaison between the owner and various stakeholders, including hotel brands, project teams, and government agencies.
    • Represent the owner in meetings and negotiations to protect their interests.
  • Contract Management:
    • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure favorable terms.
    • Ensure contractual obligations are met and enforce penalties for non-compliance.
  • Operations:
    • Support pre-opening activities, including staffing, procurement, and training, to ensure a smooth transition to operational phase.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish operational procedures and protocols.
