Job Description:

As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers. This includes coordinating applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Provide support for the credentialing and re-credentialing process, including application management, primary source verification, and database maintenance.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards. Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries and processes related to credentialing.
  • Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Reporting and Process Contribution: Support the generation of credentialing reports, identify and resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:


  • Administrative Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated environment.
  • Collaborative & Independent Contribution: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, embracing change, and navigating ambiguity with a proactive mindset.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of ₱30,000 – ₱45,000 per month and working hours in Central Time Zone / Mountain Time Zone.
