Finni Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credentialing Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role

This dynamic role will involve providing comprehensive support for all aspects of credentialing and re-credentialing processes. You will be responsible for managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Provide critical support for credentialing processes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate credentialing-related inquiries and processes.
  • Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with provider privileging by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Reporting and Process Contribution: Generate credentialing reports, identify and resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to process improvements and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience in a healthcare setting or regulated environment. They should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 30,000 – PHP 45,000 per month. Our working hours align with the Central Time Zone / Mountain Time Zone.
