Job Summary

A strategic Financial Planning Analyst position is available to join our Global Finance team. As a key partner to finance leaders, you'll influence decision-making, drive financial performance, and champion digital innovation.


Responsibilities
  • Lead critical initiatives in financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Manage monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex results into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop financial models, perform risk analyses, and inform key initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support monthly close processes, including accruals, reclasses, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Apply a digital-first approach to automate FP&A processes.
  • Partner with finance leadership to shape financial strategies and integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs and create executive dashboards for business reviews.

  • Act as a thought partner to senior finance and business leaders, proactively challenging assumptions and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Deliver key financial deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Champion the adoption of advanced financial tools and data visualization.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through accountability and innovation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
