  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a co-collaborator with business stakeholders, providing strategic financial guidance and analysis

  • Support business units in financial decision-making processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation to enhance financial processes
  • Collaborate with various departments to design, implement, and monitor internal controls
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred but not required
  • Proven experience in FP&A with a focus in business partnering roles, preferably at a mid-to-large-sized organization
