Healthcare Operations Specialist

This role involves working closely with internal teams, clients and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will be supporting the daily operations of a fast-growing platform, playing a key role in lab test management, system monitoring, customer support and operational tasks.

This is a mid-senior level full-time job that requires technical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills and ideally some healthcare-related experience.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lab Test Management:

    • Process lab test orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of results
    • Coordinate with vendors (e.g. diagnostic labs, customers, vendors) to resolve order or delivery issues

  • System Monitoring & Issue Resolution:

    • Monitor internal dashboards for system delays or outages
    • Proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues across multiple platforms

  • Customer Support & Communication:

    • Provide direct support to customers via Slack, email and internal ticketing systems
    • Maintain SLA standards for response and resolution times
    • Interact with clients primarily through chat, with occasional voice support

  • Operational Support:

    • Assist the Operations team with routine tasks to ensure smooth workflow
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to support process improvements and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Requirements: Strong technical aptitude, comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to work independently and adapt in a startup environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially written communication via chat (B2 Level English Minimum - Business Professional).

Candidate Profile: 3-7+ years of professional work experience in a startup environment, preferably in healthcare settings.

Experience: Experience in healthcare settings, customer support roles at smaller organizations, technical aptitude, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
