Healthcare Automation Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position is meticulous, tech-savvy, and prepared to work on various projects. They will perform research tasks in a proprietary platform to automate healthcare administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate data entry into electronic medical records (EMRs) as part of research and development efforts.
  • Complete workflow tasks using scripts, information from the client's workflow queue, customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, knowledge artifacts, or assistance from the production operations team.
  • Review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working within electronic medical record systems.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is highly valued.
